「Yes the write up may say that the venue is open late and has music but our whole room was vibrating from the said musicians til gone 3am. Then the noise of people and staff leaving. I think we managed just a couple of hrs sleep before a LONG drive home. Yes they give you ear plugs but they don’t help at all.」

「Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. 「Bit disappointed really with the lady of the house.She seemed very helpful offered her services as a cab to pick our car up which was very nice of her so I took her up on that and she said put another £10 on the bill which I paid gladly. When she spoke to my wife a little later my wife offered her £20 pound for the journey and she gladly took it without mentioning that I had already paid but on her conscious be it won’t be going back strangely enough」

「Room was new so was nice , but was sold to me as air conditioning but was given a fan Which u couldn’t even fell the air coming from it , the room was boiling . No TV areal and couldn’t connect TV to pub wi fi , uses loads of my own Data . Noisy awful singing from the bar downstairs till 2 am , then fighting on the sea front at 4.30 am . Just all in all the worst night we have stayed away」

「This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「Friendly helpful staff, good location and price」

「This hotel was a nice surprise, a hidden Gem on the south coast. We would normally stay at the Goodwood Hotel, however, we booked this hotel for its location and the size of the accommodation. Nice staff, good breakfast, and stone baked pizza which pleased my daughter. It needs some attention to detail, as its a little old and tired in places.」

「Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!」

「Nice country pub with a cozy atmosphere. Our room was great, really clean and well presented, comfy bed and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a good shower and a decent size.
