Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, toast, waffles. The thermostat in the room didn't work to good.

Checked in with front desk and was given a late checkout of 1:00 pm. Around 11:30 as I was in the shower someone entered my room and told me I was not allowed to be in there anymore. Very big problem
