"Very basic hotel - small rooms, few amenities, for example no fridge, no tissues, etc Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet but a very basic one. "

"We had an issue with our bathroom door and shower head squirting water upwards. But staff came to try to fix and offered a room change however only there for two nights so didn’t bother. Was ok for short stay we worked around it "

"So impressed with this hotel! Location was excellent steps from the British Museum, tube stations, a lovely park, and dining options. I was in a single room and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and very quiet at night. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome. The breakfast was way more than I expected and the breakfast area is charming with a lovely view over a garden courtyard. No suggested improvements! "
