「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. 「We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed...
