Property inside and out was very clean. The management staff were very friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. The giant size checkers and chess were fun to play as well as look at. The location was convenient for the Heritage Center although there was a lit of road construction going on.

Very clean both the accomodations and the property. The rooms are older but nicely appointed. It was easy to walk to a grocery store. Unfortunately road work was being done but other than noise, it was not a problem for our stay. The only hitch re communication was that a parking pass had to be requested and was.not provided until our stay was almost over. But there was plenty of convenient parking and no one asked for the pass. Seemed to be lots of families and a pleasant area.

Overbooked but tried their best

They were overbooked and didnt have the 3br i paid for. We did a late check in. They didnt have a reservation for me at all, but security put us in a 2br unit so we had somewhere to sleep. Unit had spiders and an outlet that didnt work. TVs are tiny. Otherwise, it was clean. Next morning, staff was nice and issued refund no problem since they couldnt accommodate. Unit was not wheelchair accessible. Had a headache getting my power chair inside to charge it. Complex was clean. Basic but clean facility

Great place

The Villa was great. Clean and very spacious. There was an issue with my reservation but they took care of it quickly and had me a villa within 15 minutes. Make sure you call them to verify your booking before you go. The hub that does the booking for them is in Daytona. It was quiet until people outside the Villa property decided at 11pm-3am to shoot off fireworks. That was a 1 night event. The villa was clean and the showers were all great walk-ins. I will definitely stay here again but not near the road next time.

There is an additional $9 a day that no one tells you about until you arrive. Expedia says it is just a $100 refundable deposit and all other fees are paid, but that isnt true. The kids twin beds were harder then a rock and none of the beds come with blankets on them, just sheets. It is super loud all around there and no major grocery chains for 20 mins. The place clean, which was appreciated. The office closes at night, so be prepared for that.

Spacious but uncomfortable

Love how spacious this place is! The beds were so hard though I had trouble sleeping. The place was weirdly humid. It almost felt like the pillows were damp. I didn’t smell mold though. The front office was easy to communicate with and had no issues with check in or checkout. Big notes: the entire property has no bathtubs which I did not realize and my toddler got her first unexpected shower lol… so that was interesting. Also I didn’t realize there was two floors. Not sure how I missed this detail but that’s also important to know if you have small children.
