"I didn’t see any pets at the property. South San Francisco generally seems to be a place that has lots of dog friendly shops and parks. I think maybe an Airbnb if you wanted to bring a pet with you would be a better choice as I’m not sure On pet policies at the hotel. The property itself was a great price for the stay and the amenities. It does need an update and a refresh of the decor. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing however I would advise ordering your breakfast from the menu so it’s nice and fresh as that was cooked very nicely. The pancakes were lovely. The staff were very friendly. They just need an update. There is a free shuttle bus that caters to 3 hotels and takes you to San Francisco airport. From the airport you can get the bar train into San Francisco and then you have access to the city. The hotel seemed to be in a safe area. You can get an Uber into Burlingame and that has a lovely downtown."

"Excellent place for overnight stay near the airport with a free airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Hotel is new hip & the rooms are relatively spacious with good views of the airport. Walkable to Bayside Park for plane spotting & to New England lobster market& eatery. "

"Although the decor is a bit dated, the property was clean, and the deluxe King room was roomy and even the bathroom was roomy! I would not hesitate to stay again. Very satisfied. "

"We stayed one night to catch an early flight. Only feedback is the sign that is posted outside to guide to the parking garage needs a landscape light. It was very hard to see the entrance to the garage, we missed it twice. "

"I had a very nice stay here for 2 nights. The staff were accommodating and courteous. The room had a cockroach which my partner killed, but overall, the room was clean. The hot tub was sufficiently warm and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries, fruit salad, fresh waffles and sausages. Room was quiet, but the cable service had limited channels."
