"We checked in on Thursday. Friday morning I called the desk and told them that housekeeping does not need to change sheets because we are staying only three nights. This turned out to be a huge mistake, because our room was not made up once during the stay. All I was doing was trying o save time for the staff. When we left on Sunday morning the glasses were still in the sink since Thursday night. We had to call the desk twice to request towels, coffee and coffee cups.
