「Room had a musty smell. Found the comforter dirty and stained. Told the front desk and they did change it. Shower handle was pulled out of wall. Shower on/off was so difficult to use I was afraid it was going to break. Last morning the shower gel ran out so had no soap. Was told this hotel is a “boutique” hotel by front desk person. With parking charges the room was over $500/night. I had a message from the manager when I arrived. I sent him a email to let him know of my issues, never heard...

「The staff was very efficient and accommodating even after we had to change our room the first night due to lack of hot water. The property is undergoing some major renovations which wasn’t a problem. The only issue we had was housekeeping never came during our two night stay and I think it must’ve been an oversight.」

「We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!」

「We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team....

「Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms.」
