"This resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff extremely helpful and the food was amazing. Couldn’t get over the view from Azure restaurant especially for breakfast. So many areas to explore and there was live entertainment most nights. The only thing is that the Crane beach had a lot of seaweed but it still didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. I would definitely stay here again."

"The first leg of my flight was cancelled so I ended up arriving at the resort a day later than booked. Even though I called to notify the resort, they would not give me a refund for my missed first nights stay. I met a local that I invited to join me for dinner one evening at the resort restaurant. I felt at the very least they would make an accommodation for her, but they made a scene while we were having dinner that I would need to come to the podium and pay an extra $160 for her dinner. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a resort in all my travels."

"Our stay at The Crane Hotel was nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and truly at home. A special thank you to Rashad for his outstanding customer service, along with Ornest and Jamal. These gentlemen are the true meaning of hospitality and showed us exactly what Barbados is made of—warmth, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They absolutely deserve a raise for the way they go above and beyond for guests. The food was also incredible—every meal was delicious and added to such a memorable experience. Thank you again to the entire team for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a true relaxing oasis. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are not luxury however if you are staying in the ground floor with the pool walk out you will appreciate it. Maintenance should tend to the small roaches in the room/bathroom. This hotel is near a lot of activities as well. Great for solo family or intimate trips."
