"Everything was fantastic but as a base for staying overnight whilst working then I must say the WIFI was terrible. It was very very slow. Food was very good, especially the mixed grill."

"The perfect stay the night before a flight from BHX, although its super close too to NEC and resorts world. Rooms are clean and if you ask they can try to get you room with a runway view. Fully reccomend if you want to take the stress out of flying as you can wake up, cross the rosd and you are in the temrinal. Staff are pleasant and their are good options for both the bar menu and room servicwe."

"Breakfast was amazing. The view was great. I love a rooftop, and Sky restaurant is one of my favourites when I am in Birmingham, and to have breakfast there was such a treat. The hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Definitely will come back. "

"It's obvious the Hotel was undergoing renovations. When we arrived, it wasn't too obvious where the reception was, which was just a desk in the bar area. Our room was on the 1st floor, when coming out of the lift on that floor a room map would have been really useful. We (and another couple who arrived around the same time) were wondering around like lost souls trying to find our allotted room. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Though there was no evacuation map on the back of the door (though when one stepped into the corridor, the route to safety was obvious). Our sleep was good. One last observation, when we left our room in the morning. We were loaded with a suitcase and several pieces of luggage. When going through a fire door on the way back to reception. My wife opened the door and held it open for me to follow, only to trip up on a single step down of about 10 cm height. My wife stumbled but didn't fall. A notice on the proceeding fire door would have alerted her to the step. Better signage would have helped. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay."
