"When I arrived in my room, I found that the maid had not removed the takeout from the refrigerator of the last guest. Also, the toilet seat was very loose, and someone could easily fallen on the floor. I was hungry so I went down to the front desk and let them know, then i had dinner in the hotel ..."

"Last minute reservation due to an air travel fiasco. Conveniently located to airport with shuttle service to and from. Arrived late in the evening and very tired. Front desk staff was kind and professional. Facilities were clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable."
