"Starting, my reservation with Hotels.com was not the same as Embassy wanted to give. Needed a walkin shower but that is not what their records showed but were able to make it right. Room phones never worked. Omelets at breakfast were consistently good. Food, eggs, potatoes, side meat, were consistently luke warm. Some frustration with lack of a luggage cart being available on checkout morning. Sure other guests took them and squirreled them away in their rooms until they were ready to leave. Not...

"The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The carpets in the common areas are need a deep cleaning but otherwise, it was a good experience. Easy access, good parking ($15/day in the suburbs!), convenient area. Would choose this location again."
