「Starting, my reservation with Hotels.com was not the same as Embassy wanted to give. Needed a walkin shower but that is not what their records showed but were able to make it right. Room phones never worked. Omelets at breakfast were consistently good. Food, eggs, potatoes, side meat, were consistently luke warm. Some frustration with lack of a luggage cart being available on checkout morning. Sure other guests took them and squirreled them away in their rooms until they were ready to leave. Not...

「My family and I stayed here over Mother's Day Weekend and it was a very nice stay for the price. There was a virtual kiosk next to the front desk for check in, which was simple and easy. The virtual agent on the screen was very nice and professional. The lobby and eating area was very clean. The breakfast was great! Lots of variety and selections.
