「离高速公路近，有点吵」

「Never saw any staff at all during 4 day stay. My friend arrived early and got both separate room keys. I was able to walk right into the room area without seeing anyone. Exterior doors were open and unable to be secured. Anybody could walk in. Room was clean but old and worn. No desk chair, no handles on closet, just nails. No microwave. TVvremote needed. new batteries. Room smelled of smoke, I had to buy air freshener. Room not cleaned in 4 days. Expected at least once. breakfast was...

「Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though」

「This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mason in all my visits. Extremely overpriced. I paid $180 per night for two nights. Check in was not good. I could barely understand what the front desk guy was saying. The room was very small, dated and musty smelling. There was no USB port in the room! Breakfast sucked. The eggs weren't real. I'm not sure what they were made out of. The English muffin was cold with no way to toast it. I will never stay here again.」

「My rom was very clean. The building is quiet. The property is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to the Beavercreek-Dayton Country Inn & Suites. 」

「The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...

「Tip - park by the back patio (they have ten spots and easy to get in and out. But, shhhhh!」

「Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.」
