「Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit der Türoffnung sodass ich um 01.30 Uhr an die Reception musste um ein Karte zu verlangen. Nach dem dies erledigt war, musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer Arschkalt war, die Heizung nicht funktionierte und ein Fenster sich nicht schliessen konnte (Defekt). Also ging ich nochmals an die Reception um ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen. Leider vergebens, denn es waren keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar. Also habe ich einen kleinen Offen erhalten (Notlösung). Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises.」
