"Great looking hotel on the outside and great area. 10 mins drive to university. Rooms very dated. Wallpaper coming away from walls. Bed heads all cracked and flaking pvc leather. Bathroom a disgrace cracked tiles bath panelling coming away and cracked. Grouting all black in areas"

"We had a very clean and comfortable room, all the Staff were very friendly and helpful, we did not use the WI-Fi, there did not appear to be any shops nearby but the City centre shops are not to far to walk to and the amenities in the hotel were readily available and we had a lovely weekend. Thank you."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. Thos is quite dangerous considering i am a young female travelling to a coty i do not know in the dark. I am yet to receive a recund and compensation for this "
