"The shower was backed up so bad that we could only take a 4 minute shower before it started to overflow the shower pan. The view was more of construction in the back than the river. The room door handle was very hard to open. We thought we were locked out when we first got there. The beds were comfy, and the staff was top notch. I just expected a little better on a few things being that there was rating of 9 on the place. "

"Great location downtown, however the walls and doors are *paper thin* so do not expect a solid sleep without ear coverage. Bed was pretty run of the mill - certainly not comfortable enough to combat the noise."

"We enjoyed the pool with our daughter, though it was a little too cold for my likes. The room was very comfortable, but could have been cleaned better. The bed comforter or top blanket was dirty, and had pet hair on it. As well as the bed skirt around the bottom of the bed had stains all over. I would have given 5 stars had the beds been perfectly clean."
