We were a group of 12 people, including some seniors. They were assigned to the third floor. There are no elevators, no 24-hour front desk service, when we arrives The temperature was very cold and there was no hot water for the next day. There were no instructions on how to get hotel, The photos on the property are not the same as those on the website.

The location was fantastic. Located right on the Riva but very quiet and on the water. Just a short walk into the Palace. Great restaurant right next door for breakfast or short walk into the Palace for cafes, coffee places and farmer's market. The hotel was very clean and our room was beautiful and large overlooking the water.

Irina, Misha, Martina and the beautiful intelligent woman with blond hair who works in the afternoon helped me with numerous problems and even had a highly engaging conversation in the evening about Croatia’s culture, history and many other topics that made this hotel the highlight of my trip so far.
