「Everything was great except that the bed really sagged in the middle. Needs new mattress and/or springs.」

「All good」

「Always a Great Stay with Holliday Inn」

「Property was clean. No breakfast but there was hot coffee. Excellent staff during check in (Bernis). Would highly recommend.」

「Great stay. Breakfast was great. The pool water was pretty chilly but very clean」

「There are basically no shortcomings to comment on」

「The scenery here is very beautiful by the lake Hamilton.」

「A hidden gem of Hot Springs! It was such a fantastic spot for our family, it felt like we were staying in our own private cottage. Perfect distance to down town and all of the recommendations from the property were laminated and in a binder for us to flip through from food choices to hikes. They really did think of everything here and we will recommend this spot to anyone else who is looking to visit Hot Springs!」

「本人喜欢睡硬床，这里的床太软」

「I walked into bathroom, NO towels at all!!!!! Breakfast was horrible. why not reduce room rate by $15.00 and I will buy my own breakfast.」

「Bath drainage is a bit slow, hope to improve...」

「The best feature of this place is the view, it was peaceful and relaxing, but also close to the town. The annual Glow-in-the-row Halloween walk was really fun despite the light rain. Soaking in the famous spring water was great at the Quapaw bathhouse. This place is lconvenient 10 min drive to the town and the national park area for hiking. This is a good place to stay for the price.」

「very nice」

「The service is worth the price...」
