「Unique place. No contact with staff physically. Most everything done via email which was fine., just not for everyone. Nice area of town.」

Arrival and check in was made awkward because there was no one at the desk; had to phone for someone to come; when he arrived, he wasn't very friendly or helpful. I had to fill in the registration form on the ipad attached to their desk myself. Lots of construction in the immediate vicinity made the setting noisy and unpleasant.
