The property is so unique. We happened to be there during a severe storm. We got a great light show through the gorgeous windows but we heard not one bit of noise from the storm. The building is rock solid. The first floor has some kind of really great infused scent to it that I wish I was on every floor in the hallways. The beds were so comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. 3 great eating places within walking distance. One with a phenomenal breakfast and two with great afternoon and evening options. And right near a brewing company as well, just overlooking the river. Ten stars, with extra appreciation for fantastic air conditioning on a hot and muggy day.

Great Stay

Very unique hotel and was a good stay. Contactless check in was easy, just received a code for the main door and room. Hallways and rooms have tons of original character with exposed beams, floors, ceiling. Right next door to Outstate Brewing was a bonus!

Important note: despite being “contactless” contacting someone for help is super easy. Answered on the second ring, perfectly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. All it means really is theres no front desk. COOL, CLEAN, CONCRETE, and somehow also perfectly COMFORTABLE. Explore the floors and tidbits of history. Just an awesome experience. Recommend!!

This hotel is very cool with an industrial vibe. The rooms are very nice and clean. The only confusing thing would be checking in. This hotel uses a digital check-in process online. They do not have a front desk or anybody in person to help you. There is a phone number you can call by the front door if you have any questions during business hours.
