"I have mixed feelings, but the end result was fine. The first room I was assigned I did not like at all. It was like a cell. The door was difficult to open. Since I am a woman traveling alone, my room had a street level entrance and wasn’t in the main building. I didn't feel safe. I went to the reception desk and asked for a room in the main building. After a reasonable upgrade fee I moved to the room I slept in and was completely satisfied. Very nice indeed. "

If my wife was with me, I would have not stayed at all. Early morning shuttle was there and timely the next morning. Nut the only positive thing I can say! "
