It could be great. We love kitsch motels. If they updated it, did an Americana motif, it would be awesome. But, it's very rundown. The bed was comfortable though. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. The room was as clean as it could be for as old as it is. Needs paint and lots of work though. TV only played a few channels. Tiny shower. No hooks to hang the towels on after you use them. My husband looked at the breakfast and didn't get anything because he said the food looked old. I want to give a better rating because they were very sweet but just being honest.

It's not fancy but it does the trick. Stayed an extra day because I thought it was a good deal. Lots of extra pillows was nice. I would stay again.

Great property and we will stay there again when given the opportunity. The only downfalls were that the hot tub was out of order but was not aware (bummed but not a deal breaker for our return in hopes it is working on our next visit). Also, we were told that they had taken things away temporarily from the breakfast items but hoping for it to come back soon was items like eggs, or bacon, etc. Grateful that there was some warm items like waffles and oatmeal. One of our favorite things in our travels is the "included breakfast" to be able to simply walk to the dining area, eat together and visit with family and other travelers. Friendly staff, clean and pool temperature was great! Thank you.

Room walls had holes in the walls. Bathroom tub was dirty from not draining properly and constant water drip. The only good about the stay was they refunded me the $35 pet fee.
