「Our stay was ok. We were placed on a “No Drink” policy because the water system was having issues. So that was less than convenient. We had to go to the front desk to request water bottles to use for drinking and brushing teeth. No other compensation was offered. Our room was comfy but dated and showing signs of wear. 「Convenient, clean, very friendly staff, many nice walking paths and routes a few minutes away. The only downside is noise. During both stays, noisy trucks in the parking area started up between 6:30-7:00am and idled for at least 15 minutes before departing. If you wake up and get on the road early this is not an issue. If you’ve had a busy day and are looking to sleep in a little, this can be disruptive. Nonetheless we will still select the Best Western Black Hills Lodge when we visit the area...

「We didn't like the floorplan of the room. The vanity area outside of the toilet/shower room was too small and the vanity was too low. The door to the shower/toilet room opened inward so that it blocked the shower door. It was just all too small. The hallways outside the rooms were narrow and scratched up.
