「This is our third stay at Iron Horse and we will keep coming back. We are most impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Paint, carpet, bathroom, etc are all clean and in great working order. 「The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!」

「The owner let us check-in early and it was a very easy process. He was helpful. He even had to explain how to work the TV remote not once but twice as it nearly brought us to our knees. We never thought to turn the TV on via a light switch. The owner showed and we had a good laugh as being new TVs the company installed them with the light switch turn on and did not tell the owner. 「Check-in is difficult at best as it is between 4 pm to 6 pm and after that you would be provided additional instructions because they are closed. She was not pleasant and all business. I think if you wanted to check-in before 4 pm there is a $50 charge. A $4 charge for a bag ice. There are too many rules and charges 🙄. The drainage was clogged, and although they had a plumber fix it, we had to wait almost 30 minutes, which affected our sleeping time.
