"Room was great. Very old/slow elevator and stairs were not accessible from the exterior. Staff was “new” and not very knowledgeable about the area but determined to charge the $50 for “incidentals” or “possible shuttle use”. Hoping we get that back… the “sister hotel” with the hot tub is a good four blocks away and the beach is two blocks away. "

"Worse than a no-name motel. Rude person at front desk. Rundown rooms with rusty lamps and dirty floors. Bad beds with lumpy pillows. Shower had mold. Soda machine did not work. Do NOT recommend at all. "

"Affordable , building was in rough shape. No housekeeping for multiple night stays. Good short walk to the beach. Recent free breakfast however some variety would be nice (same options every morning). Lazy river was fun for the kids. Always seats available at the pool. Decent value for the money. The ocean view was not an ocean view, maybe a 2 inch strip of ocean between buildings and the view was a parking lot. That was a disappointment. Kids enjoyed the free bike rentals. "

"Pros: good and safe location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to beach, no bugs. Cons: no elevator, connecting doors must be made from cereal boxes because it’s like they’re in your room. Absurdly overpriced during spring break. "
