「We had been to Bonneville Hot Springs Resort before it closed about 10 yrs ago and although the building common areas and surroundings are still beautiful, it was really a shell of its former glory because it has been left without proper care. When we got to our room it was dirty - you could tell the room had just been rushed through when being cleaned. 「The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up.
