「The way this was described was a “family cabin”. The pictures were amazing. The cabin is split and made into 2 sleeping rooms with kitchen. We shared a water heater with the other tenants. Not a lot of hot water once they showered. The check in - we DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL as stated with instructions on how we are checking in. Since I never received notification we had to call. If you want as close to primitive as possible - this is your place.」

「Check in started out smooth. I was able to receive my check in code early which was a huge help for someone who flew all day and was rolling around luggage until I could get in. However, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. Dirty bed, dishes in the sink… it was clear it hadn’t been reset after the last guest. I spent an hour waiting on hold with support in order to move me to a new room. They bumped me up to a 2br but that did me no good since I was a solo traveler. I’d rather have...
