「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Parking was a little crowded but sufficient! We had a last minute change with an added grandchild and Samantha at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating! Full HOT breakfast was amazing definitely will stay again 」
