Room was very spacious and clean, enjoyed having a recliner to sit in. Mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and coffee all provided. Well maintained property. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner was noisy and so was the refrigerator. The shower only had hot water... which is better than the alternative. The owner did as much as he could to make us comfortable.

We were doing a Route 66 family trip, so we loved the Flamingo Inn. It is right on Route 66. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even suggested on where to go and enjoy the evening. Please keep in mind this is 67-year-old hotel. It is well maintained, it is clean, and it is reasonably priced. We loved staying in a true Route 66 era hotel and would stay there again should we go back.

When I asked to check in, the staff member handed me an application form and tapped it with a pen. It felt like a police interrogation. The sheets were wrinkled and stained. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. There were yellow and black spots scattered all over the sheets. The lighting was very dim. The bathtub was still wet. The armrest of the chair was broken. The clock was unplugged. But the price was definitely low. The low price justifies the poor service. If you want a nice place to stay, you can pay double the price. Only the toilet and refrigerator were very clean.
The bed was left in use by the previous guest.
There are stains here and there.
The armrest is broken
The clock has no power

Location was convenient. Cheap price. Service was okay but room had beg bugs. We all woke up with bite marks, itchy and I saw one crawling. Left as early as we could.

Our room and bathroom at Flamingo were clean and satisfactory. It’s basic accommodation at a rock bottom price: comfortable bed, big screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station at the sink, secure WiFi of which the owner claims he’s not had any complaints in the 18 years he’s owned the place. The location is not scenic, but it feels safe enough. Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy is a local fast food institution and just a short walk away, open till 10:45 pm. Just a stop for the night. We enjoy staying at retro type hotels. Comfortable bed, the room was clean, big TV, cable, Internet works great. The gentleman at the office was pleasant. It is an older hotel and our room had cracked walls that showed the repairs. We didn't mind, but I think it is priced appropriately.
