「I usually don't leave bad reviews on Hotels because I have worked in the industry and I know how hard it is but I think this review will be helpful for them. I stayed 2 night this property. After the first night I had to request another room because we found bedbugs in one of the beds and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend better training and supervision for the housekeeping department and a better or more efficient pest inspection.」
「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」
