「Lovely hotel, access to a nice spa. Room comfortable and well planned. Everything from washer to dishes to spf lotion… Staff was very helpful especially kuba who was especially kind and patient.
Pools at spa had an issue with heating, thai was unfortunately closed.
Parking is valet only.
Breakfast was pretty good. Try the bagels which were especially nice. Some fruit overripe and potatoes were meh.
Market down the gondola is awesome with lots of ready to eat options.」
「Loved the rooms and there were some snacks and water provided which was great for pre and post hikes. The spa was amazing, we liked to go at the end of the day to unwind. I was very surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms. I was worried that because it’s an old building we’d hear everything, but that was not the case. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept amazing!」
「Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!」
