「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「Paz greeted and welcomed us when we arrived in the evening. She showed us around the dining area and showed the food and beverages available to us at any time during our stay. The Oxford room was so comfortable! The fireplace was the perfect touch! Everything was clean and neat.
