"I like the complimentary shuttle service. However, it wasn't always available at a moment's notice. The wait would have been 15 min. Too much cash spent on tipping. The 5 days we stayed were records breaking temperatures, so shuttle service was nice. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Requests for extra hangers and housekeeping service were courteous and prompt. 2 complementary water bottles each day were provided. "Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again."

"The staff was great. Gary is top notch. Only reason I put 4s on area and property conditions is they are still doing repairs due to the Hurricane. Highly recommend if you want a place to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. We will be back. "
