"This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and our experience was absolutely wonderful. There's plenty of local cafes, bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Our favorite was the local ice cream shop across the street. My small family really enjoyed our stay @ The Phoenix All Suites West. Our condo was perfect and of course the best view in town was from our balcony. "

"Gorgeous property. Everyone was friendly. Seem to still be working out the kinks of being a new hotel. Never had house keeping come to our room to reset while on our 3 day stay. Had to call front desk to ask for towels which were never delivered and finally tracked down a housekeeper to get towels and take out trash and used towels. Pool is nice and the complimentary drinks. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella, wished chairs would have laid flat. "
