"Rooms do not have individual temp controls in the suites. No comforter on the bed, just a very thin cover. I had to get out a throw blanket was stuffed in the closet. Cooking staff was blaring music in the kitchen at 5:45am and I could hear it clearly in my room. Only one staff person onsite when I checked in at 7:00pm, she was very nice couldn't show me to my room and my door code didn't work and had to walk back down the hill to the deck to get a new code. I typically try and stay in the top few most expensive rooms in an area, so I have a high-quality room. This was the most expensive room available in Anniston Al when I booked it, but I should have stayed at a Hilton or Marriot. "
