「the Staff at this Fairfield Inn was outstanding. From the woman who checked us in initially to the day staff desk lady to the evening stay gentlemen, all three were helpful, went beyond what was asked. I wish I knew their names so I could identify them personally. One thing which could identify them was that my daughter and I were moving her from NC to UT. WE had 2 containers of a great Grandmother's china which we were delivering to friends in NC to store until cousins from Richmond, VA came...

「The halls and stairwells were dirty. Pieces of ceiling tile in the halls and clumps of dirt in the stairwells. Room has a musty smell and toilet seat was broken. The staff were friendly.」

「Checking in after hours is a bit complicated. Pool needs a better filtration system as the water has a bit of an oily film and lots of floating things in the water. Walls are thin in the hotel rooms and anyone conversing outside can be heard inside. Other than that, when we did interact with the staff they were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. We did enjoy our visit」
