「We had a room that faced the Lake. It was a beautiful scene. 」

「Special shout out to Anthony on 9/17 who did some quick-thinking troubleshooting to resolve a problem with our reservation. I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation.」

「We checked in 45 minutes early and they allowed us early check in. The only thing is that the tissue box was empty and toilet paper roll was almost empty when we got in.」
