「Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a noticeable odour and exceptionally high humidity. The towels felt only half-dried, and the room was stuffy and filled with damp, humid air, making it quite uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as this affected what was otherwise our first trip to Elora. We hope the issue can be addressed for future guests.」

「The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest.
