「Great staff, convenient location」

「The room was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue was the jacuzzi tub in the room was not working as it should. 」

「The hot tub was not hot and was gross. Room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel smells like cigarettes. You can see skin flakes in the water in the hot tub. Door lock didn’t work and was expected to leave it unlocked when we left, maintenance guy promised to “look over it” 」

「My friend and I just wanted to get away for the night! So we only stayed one night but we hung out on the hot tub made friends and had a blast! The hotel is great. I didn’t have the breakfast cause I slept in. The shower is awesome. The water pressure was amazing. I didn’t give it a five stars just because five would be perfect」

Frozen scrambled eggs were actually better than they sound. Great coffee with flavored creamer. Sausage patties. Juices, cereals, breads. Pancakes with New England flavored syrups. The staff was amazing!!! Thank you for a wonderful visit! 」

「The pool is an outdoor pool so closing winter and.no hot tub. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a share of heavy foods and fruits and yogurts so there are options. Easy parking. 」

「We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, “that the room needed to be inspected. I said did anything happen in the room ? She said,No! after the rooms are clean there policy the rooms need to be inspected. Finally, the room was ready at 3:46. We entered...
