「The AC stopped working at the second we get to the room, unfortunately I had to stay inside my car for the night. The beach view is really nice and the parking area too, the floor in the room wasn’t very clean but everything else was.」

「There was no information provided or available in the room regarding things such as breakfast times, hours of the pool, or local things to do/places to eat. While the cleaning staff were pleasant, the front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful. No towels at the pool, and a giant wad of hair stuck to the side of the shower was discovered during our initial use. Maintenance on things such as the pool is overduue. Nothing absolutely horrible, but will spend our money elsewhere next time.」

「Very clean rooms and loved the outdoor pool was there on the 4th of July weekend so it was very busy just wish they assigned parking to each of the rooms due to handicapped people it has two floors I paid for a suit with a full size fridge and had a microwave and a little kitchenette and I was on the bottom floor so if you are handicapped I would definitely ask for a bottom room. Definitely close to the beach and we could see the fireworks from the parking lot the beach was so busy I heard...

「Room was 4 out of 10 rated, bathroom door was coming of the top hinge so door would not close you lift it up, door knob didn’t lock, closet door was dropped of the track, the first morning we woke up and went out, house keeping cape to clean room they made bed put clean towels but didn’t vacuum at all, talked to the front desk about the problem I was having but he didn’t seem to feel bad about or apologize for the problem, he sent someone to fix the problem and only kind of fixed hinged problem,...

「The hotel is located well and near to the Hampton beach. The room is clean and easy to reach parking lot. The services is good, especially the receptionist, Joe who is very helpful and nice to offer wonderful customer services. We definately will come back and stay in the future trip.」
