"Great staff! The bike rentals were a plus. A nice gym for a hotel. Close to downtown Boise and Boise state. The rivrr runs right behind the hotel."

"The Riverside Hotel is a wonderful facility. I would add, however, that the majority of rooms are not available by elevator and there are up to 20+ stairs you have to navigate to get to your room. Not so bad coming and going throughout your stay, but when you're lugging suitcases up and down it is quite challenging. I would suggest requesting a room either on the 1st floor or on the 700 block of rooms that are readily available from the 1 elevator they have. "
