The MOST terrible stay experience EVER! We booked two nights at this hotel and at the second night we got back the room, we found leftover breakfast in the trash bin that didn’t belong to us, which really made us shocked and felt unsafe because at that day we put the do not disturbed sign on the door, but someone entered the room without permission or notifying us and left the food there while we were out. We talked to the manager about this when we checked out in the next day, she declined to check the camera in the lobby which can show that we didn’t have breakfast at that day to prove that the leftover food in our room wasn’t from us. At the same time we also said we could provide pictures as another proof, but she avoided having a look at it. Although the hotel switched the room and offered a $50 refund for what happened, we didn’t accept it because we don’t think the safety and privacy issues are solved. The hotel didn’t even give an apology for this! What’s worse was that they didn’t even try to actively solve the issue. The manager kept saying that she trusted her employees while all of them said they didn’t enter our room, but having no evidence for that, which was really ridiculous. The poor and unprofessional service attitude really made us mad and uncomfortable. If this could happen on us, it could happen on every customer! Safety is definitely the most important thing for a hotel, but this hotel made us feel unsafe, mentally tortured and offended. Don’t come!!!
