「Overall, we had an OK stay, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The reception staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming. In contrast, the valet staff were outstanding. One gentleman in particular was always smiling, friendly, and went out of his way to help guests, making a real difference to our stay.
