「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「Check in was easy. Staff was great. It felt very home like. The homemade scones were very tasty. The hot tub was very clean and my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. If we go back to Juneau for any reason we will be booking a stay again at the Silverbow Inn. 」

「We loved our view of the harbor from our room. It was interesting to watch the boats come and go. We were entertained and amused to watch the deck hands fillet fish efficiently and effortlessly at the end of each fishing day. 」

「It all started with exceptional service from Jeremy. Sent the airport shuttle to us in 5 minutes to bring us to the hotel, snappy check in and were set. The property is right on the edge of town, with a grocery store across the street. Can do the easy sidewalk to town, but the bay sidewalk along side the water much prettier. Once inside, room much much larger than ever expected and fully equipped with snow capped mountain views. Spotless.」

「This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious...
