「Parking was secure. However, please be prepared to pay a nightly rate of $55 for self parking and $67 for valet. Staff were very courteous and helpful, especially the young, blonde valet attendant. He was very friendly, energetic and always had a smile.」

Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. 「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Property was clean and quiet. Checked out before breakfast. Overall excellent if you are needing an affordable, safe, clean room to sleep.」
