「Documented with photos black mold around tub, rusty outlets on lamps and someone’s dirty Tshirt left in the corner of the room. We left immediately and requested refund that is still pending. Christy the manager is “checking with the owner.” Do not stay here」

The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint.」

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. 「When we initially walked into the room it looked clean but once we were in there, the pillows had hair and other things on them. The sheets had big stains with more hair and the "clean" towels were also very stained. The doors had gaps in them where you could see a lot of daylight but did lock. We did not stay and found other accommendations.」

「The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier.」

「You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.」
