"We had an excellent stay at the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel! The staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Such as quick, easy walk to the Riverwalk. Would definitely recommend!!"

"You couldn't do better in the city. Even on Christmas the hotel was fully staffed and serving meals, room service, the whole nine yards. Can't say good enough things about the hotel or the folks making it work."

"The Hotel itself is okay and the location is great but you got the impression the staff didn't want to help and though it wasn't a big deal there was no wifi in the hotel. When we finally asked about no wifi and not being able to log into the apps loaded on the tv in the room the front desk said, 'oh yeah, there's no internet at all, just basic cable. Sorry.' A huge deal, no, but super annoying."

"Staff could be a friendlier and more welcoming in the front. Tone used feels like I am checking in, into a emergency room with a stern receptionist who has had a long night. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has alot to offer. "

"The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
