「Room is dark, feeling bad. Bath room door cannot close properly, need your hand to help while bathing...check out time in the morning around 5am, but no one at the counter, May be sleeping inside a room behind counter...」

「The property has everything within walking distance the staff are well trained from the dining room staff to the reservation desk the only thing I’m making comment the WiFi is not so good sometimes either 」

「Overall, my stay for a business trip was decent, and being so close to Aeon Mall was a bonus. Surprisingly, there was no hair dryer in the room. You had to call the front desk to get one, and when it finally arrived, it was outdated, super slow, and way too noisy. Also, no extendable makeup mirror, which feels like a pretty standard amenity these days. Just a couple of basics that were missing, which could’ve made the stay smoother and more efficient.」
