「Completely enjoyed our stay at the Koa’Kea resort. The location is breathtaking, right on the beach. We loved the daily yoga classes to help kickstart our days. We appreciate the smaller scale of the resort, it did not feel overwhelming like a big resort. Thank to all the guests services staff for making our first time in Kauai, feel like a true relaxing vacation. 」

「The only positive part of this hotel was the staff. Every employee was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. The property was under heavy construction, but this was never properly communicated before booking. Entire areas were being remodeled, including the lobby, hallways, and the floor above our room. The building layout became a complete maze due to temporary detours, and even other guests were constantly...

「Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. 」
