「For the price of the hotel you really cant go wrong. It was clean and had what it need to in the room. Was only located a 20 minute walk from the tower and surrounding areas. 「Nice and warm room for the night, a little small but that was for the cheapest room so only to be expected. 「Awful beds are uncomfortable springs hanging out dipping in, wifi is shocking, states free car parking there is none dont be fooled! No hot water for a shower, more power in a hose pipe. Unclean, awful place to stay. £60 deposit, left small stain on sheet and was charged £20 out of deposit for this when the stain would of come out in the wash! Scammers becare; Avoid all costs. 」

「Aa absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is quite old which really just adds to it's lovely cosy character. The staff / owners are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble. 「We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. 「What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable.
