「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「My son and I stayed here for 3 weeks during our stay in NYC and it was wonderful. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and offered to help when we had any questions. The room had a kitchen and it felt like we were staying at a home rather than a hotel which was so nice. Location too, it’s located at a very safe and convenient location where you can use the train or bus! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to stay again when we come to NY! 」

「I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party.
